West Peak Condos is a new condo development that is being built by E Squared Developments. It is located on the southwest corner of Paisley Road and Elmira Road South in the Parkwood Gardens neighbourhood of Guelph.

West Peak is a three-building complex with a total of 377 new units. Building A contains 105 units, and buildings B and C contain 136 units, respectively.
