Square One District Condos at 4220 Living Arts Drive, Mississauga, is a new development by The Daniels Corporation and Oxford Properties. There are more than 18,000 residencies planned with multiple commercial buildings for this massive master-planned society. This entire development will be bounded by Burnhamthorpe Road to the south, Confederation Parkway to the west, Highway 403 to the north and Hurontario Street to the east. This complex will be considered a city within a city.

The first phase of Square One District Condos has condo towers of 36 and 48 storeys. This mixed-use society around the Mississauga Square One Shopping Centre might potentially be deemed Canada’s largest development. Being located at City Centre, the property adds a lot of convenience to the residents. The estimated date of occupancy is 2024.
