Highlights
- Both Tower A of 39 storeys and Tower B 45 storeys will be on top of a shared building base of three to eleven storeys in height. Dwelling units will be 231 one-bedroom units, 67 two-bedroom units and 65 three-bedroom units.
- Tower C of 39 storey will be located on the east block on top of a building base of three storeys to five storeys in height. Dwelling units will be 390 one-bedroom units, 83 two-bedroom units and 62 three-bedroom units.
- The four levels of underground parking will have space for 587 resident’s use and 495 for retail use. Bicycle parking spaces proposed are 2,010.
- Total amenity space proposed for the condos is 7,280 square metres of which 3,823 square metres is indoor amenity space and 3,439 square metres is outdoor amenity space. Tower A will have 3,579 square metres of indoor/outdoor amenity space, Tower B will have 1,138 square metres of indoor/outdoor amenity space and Tower C will have 2,545 square metres of indoor/outdoor amenity space.
