Metro City Condos is a new condo development by Spallacci Homes located at John St S & Charlton Ave E, Hamilton. Metro Condos is coming to an area near to Hamilton downtown.
This new condo project will be the first phase in this new vibrant condo community. This new mixed-use condominium residential complex is expected to consist of three towers of 27, 30 and 36 storeys respectively. They will share a common four-storey podium and will create approximately 923 suites and an underground parking garage for roughly 983 vehicles.

The new development is located in the Corktown area. within the City of Hamilton. Corktown is one of the original four Hamilton neighbourhoods, home to the Hamilton GO Station, the pub district of Young and Augusta Streets, and St, Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.
