Burke Condos is a new mixed use condo development by Concert Properties Ltd. located at 603 Sherbourne Street N near the intersection of Bloor St E & Sherbourne St N, Toronto.

This new condo project is an ambitious project that involves the restoration of several heritage buildings and addition of new condominium towers, mixed-use podiums and a public park.

The project is divided into three separate blocks. Block one is situated on the northeast corner of Sherbourne and Howard Streets. A new 53-storey condominium tower will be built which will be set back from the existing heritage buildings. These will be restored and potentially be used for retail space. This high rise will offer 500 suites made up of a mix of studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. This block will also include a two-storey podium along Sherbourne Street and a three-storey, mixed-use building along Howard Street that will connect to the tower at its third level. It is also proposed to have six levels of underground parking with space for 304 vehicles.
