Oakville is known to be a great family-friendly community. 5 North Condos will be surrounded by schools including Glen Abbey Montessori School, Garth Webb Secondary School, Nottinghill Co-Operative Preschool, Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School and Forest Trail Public School, just to name a few.

Oakville Place, which is a sizable shopping mall with two levels of clothiers, jewellery shops & retailers, plus big-box anchor stores, where one can purchase all their daily needs is nearby.

The GO Lakeshore West corridor runs through this area stopping at Oakville Station and Bronte Station and going directly to Union Station. Both these stations are just about 10 minutes away from this development, making it easy for residents to commute to Downtown Toronto. For the motorists, the QEW is just down the street while highway 407 is just up the street, making commuting a breeze.
