1890 Highway 7 features a multi-tower community in the Concord area of Vaughan, with buildings ranging from 37 to 48 storeys. Designed by Kirkor Architects, the project includes a total of 9,590 units in a variety of floor plans to suit different needs and lifestyles. The first phase, known as Rose Garden (formerly 1890 Highway 7 Phase 1), is being developed in partnership with Liberty Development. It includes three 37-storey towers and will bring 1,322 units to the area.
