1095 Kingston Road is a multi-tower development coming to Pickering’s Liverpool neighbourhood, designed by BDP Quadrangle. It features four 35-storey towers, grouped in pairs and built atop two podiums ranging from 6 to 8 storeys. Altogether, the project will include 1,492 residential units in various floor plans. Residents will have access to a range of shared amenities, with around 32,292 sq ft indoors and nearly the same amount outdoors, mainly located on the podium rooftops. The proposal includes a total of 1,143 parking spaces, 367 in an underground garage, plus 776 more across above-ground levels (four in the east building and six in the west). Of these, 920 spaces are for residents and 223 are for visitors. There’s also plenty of room for cyclists, with 746 long-term and 149 short-term bike spots.
