In all my interactions with her, I always felt I was dealing with an experienced and knowledgeable professional who knows her trade. Ankita was able to get information on all the projects in the areas I was interested in way before they were publicly available. I was very specific about what I wanted and she showed great patience in working with me and with the builders to find me a home in a location that fit my needs. One of the things I appreciate about Ankita is that she did not try to sell me something or tell me what to buy. She showed me what was available and continually used the feedback I provided to ensure she found exactly what I was looking for. When I eventually found the right house, Ankita negotiated with the builder to get me a much lower price, which was a bonus as I was not expecting that for a new house.
